Insulated Glass Warranty
Coastal Glass Service does not manufacture Insulated Glass Units. Coastal Glass Service receives a 10 year seal failure warranty from the manufacturer which we extend to the original purchaser and it is not transferable. The warranty entitles you to a new Insulated Glass Unit only and does not cover labor or additional materials needed for installation of the Insulated Glass Unit. Coastal Glass Service makes no representations or warranties of any kind, nature, or description, express or implied, with respect to any Insulated Glass Units, including, without limitations, and warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose other than those received by the manufacturer. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Abuse, misuse, or altering the Insulated Glass Unit of any kind will terminate this warranty.
Mirror Warranty
Coastal Glass Service warrants our mirror for 5 years against deterioration or contamination of the silvering and protective coating on the back of the mirror. Never use cleaners that contain ammonia, vinegar, or any acid or alkali cleanser as this will cause premature deterioration or blackening of the mirror. Abuse, misuse, or improper care of the mirror will terminate this warranty. Coastal Glass Service makes no representations or warranties of any kind, nature, or description, express or implied, with respect to any Insulated Glass Units, including, without limitations, and warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose other than what is stated in this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant all workmanship for a period of 2 years unless expressed otherwise, should you have a problem with our workmanship during the warranty period, please contact Coastal Glass Service to schedule an appointment. This warranty covers only the correction or adjustment of the original workmanship, which is our sole obligation, and your sole remedy, product or merchandise failure is covered under its own warranty and is not a workmanship issue. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. There are no warranties the extend beyond the warranty expressed herein, and we disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied.
